Returns: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If unopened, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving order (customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee).

No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer price adjustments when the market falls after a release.

Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects.
