Failed to support desktop PCs with USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports
Does not work with my HP mini PC with USB 3.2 gen 2 ports - when connecting USB portable SSDs to the hub.
You won't believe it, but many USB 3.2 Gen 2 hubs only support laptops not desktop PCs (except hubs that have dedicated power supply for higher power USB devices e.g. SSD/HDDs) when connecting USB portable SSDs to the hub.
We need a major fix from many of the USB hub vendors so these products can work with desktop PCs that have USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports.
Workaround:
Just directly connect the USB portable SSD to the PC instead.
If you need more USB ports, pick up a good old USB 3.0 hub. They're working correctly with portable USB SSDs when working with desktop PCs.
(You'd need a powered USB hub if you're connecting 2 or more portable SSDs - do your own calculation: 5V - 1A per SSD/HDD).

Works out of the box!

Day 1, the item works out of the box with various accessories such as a scanner and to connect older devices like a mouse and keyboard. For the price, this item is fantastic and has 2 usb ports, 2 usb-c (lightning) ports, an HDMI port, a micro sd card port, and an SD card port. Amazing product. If it breaks anytime soon, will update the review.

Must for laptop users

I’ve been using this hub with my MacBook Pro, and it’s been a game changer. It has all the ports I need in one compact device, which makes it incredibly convenient whether I’m working at my desk or on the go.
Everything connects smoothly and performs reliably with no lag, no hassle. I connect second monitors mainly as well as external keyboards and mice. The size is perfect too, it’s small enough to toss in a bag or even a pocket without adding annoying bulk.
If you’re looking for a simple, efficient way to expand your MacBook’s connectivity, this hub does exactly what you want without overcomplicating things. So far the durability seems excellent as I have dropped it off the desk several times.

It does what it's supposed to do, except give fluid full screen video.
Set name: Dual HDMI Adapter
It works on a MacBook Neo, but temper your expectations. If you watch a YouTube video with the 3rd screen (and probably 4th screen as well), it's not as fluid as watching it on a 2nd monitor connected to back USB-C port (or via the Neo's internal monitor). This device and the USB-C 2.0 bus are simply not capable of giving you that kind of performance. Also, will need to download and install the driver from the manufacturer's website and allow 2 different permissions for screensharing and to use an updated drive in System Settings.
