In-Stock tents are crated and shipped from our warehouse in Gig Harbor, WA, special order tents are made-to-order at AUTOhome and have a 90-120 day lead time from the factory in Italy to our warehouse.

AUTOhome USA Guarantee of Satisfaction
AUTOhome stands behind the products! We want your tent to be right for you. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return or exchange your tent for any reason, we will exchange it for credit toward another in stock model or refund your money - less a 25% restocking fee. The tent must be received in original packaging, new & unused, in resealable new condition.
This guarantee of satisfaction does not include a refund to cover charges for the shipping, crating, and delivery/pickup charges, nor any additional charges for upgrading to a higher priced model.
AUTOhome USA Warranty
New AUTOHome tents are warranted for the original purchaser against defects in material and manufacturing for five years from the date of original purchase. AUTOHomeUSA will repair or replace, at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, owner must assume the cost and liability of freight. Proof of purchase date and serial number of the tent will be required. This warranty does not include charges for shipping, crating, or taxes
