A FOLIAR APPLIED GENERAL HERBICIDE
UPROOT is an effective systemic herbicide for the control of many annual and perennial grasses and broad-leaved weeds as well as many tree and woody brush species in and non-crop sites. A foliar applied, translocated herbicide.
UPROOT will control weeds both above and underground thus enhancing the productive capacity of the soil. It causes no residual soil activity and is formulated with low level of toxicity
HOW TO USE
- UPROOT may be applied by knapsacks or tractor mounted sprayers at pressure not exceeding 2kg/cm or 30p.s.i
- A rain free period of at least 6 hours must follow spraying
- Do not mix other herbicides or add other wetters
- Take extreme care to avoid drift onto other crops with wiper application, weeds should be at least 10cm taller than crop introduce crops 7-4 days after application.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Apply UPROOT in 200-600 liters of clean water per hectare according to weed density height

PRECAUTIONS
- When using UPROOT wear suitable protective gloves and face protection
- Wash all protective clothing thoroughly after use especially the inside of gloves
- When using do not eat or drink or smoke
- Wash concentrates from skin or eyes immediately with water
- Wash concentrates from or eyes immediately after spraying and before eating or drink
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
- Keep away from food, drink and animal feed
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not store or mix in galvanized or unlined mild steel tanks or containers
- UPROOT may react with such containers to produce a highly inflammable gas and could form an hazard when expose to naked flame.
- Do not use empty container for any other purpose.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR AQUATIC USE
Do not dump surplus herbicide in water of ditch. Maximum permitted concentration of treated water is 220ppm. Livestock needed not be excluded from treated water
