Designer Notes:  Use your commander to deal tons of damage with all of your smaller burn effects!  Cards that deal as little as 1 damage will still benefit from your commander's effect and can deal huge damage.  Deal mass damage throughout the entire game and try to chip all your opponents to death.  This is a classic red burn strategy!  Use cards like Hero's Blade to boost Ojer's Power even higher to make all your damage effects that much more potent.
