Erin presents an organized knowledgeable review of Midterm rentals with lots of legal advise, check lists, and common sense. Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture.
