VR3 is a collection of machines that combine striking appearance, excellent performance, genuine comfort and accessibility — without sacrificing the goal of functionality. If you want form and performance, the VR3 line delivers both. VR3 uses the familiar and comfortable standing position to train calf muscles. The shoulder pads are angled to match the natural angle of the shoulder which also offers better exercise comfort. The adjustable input arm allows users to adjust for height. This advantage means that they can just “stand and go” as opposed to getting into a squat position to begin exercise. A large curved foot platform allows for varied foot placement while the non-slip surface provides grip and support during the motion. Strong calf muscles help maintain proper gait and are an integral part of any fall prevention regimen in seniors. Range Limiting Device: This CYBEX patent-pending technology ensures that regardless of starting position selected, the cam is synchronized with each individual user. It matches their performance level, maintaining the integrity of force curve throughout the range of motion while taking into account their limits and abilities. Fully Enclosed Weight Stacks: Enclosed weight stacks help shield bystanders and users from inadvertent contact with the moving weight stack, creating a safer workout environment. The fully enclosed stacks give a sleek appearance and comply with ASTM and EN standards.
Dependent Converging and Diverging Movement: The dependent movement provides a feeling of exceptional stability and ease throughout each movement, while the aligned path of motion provides consistent loading through the complete range. The consistent torque application maximizes the training force of the muscle while minimizing joint stress. Users of all levels will embrace the progress they make.
Gas Assist Seat: Our intuitive seat base adjustment design uses gas spring assist to allow adjustments to the seat height without requiring the user to leave the machine. Both the seat base and seat backs have position indicators to enable the user to consistently duplicate a position on the machine.
Second Generation Twist Select Increment Weight System: Patent-pending system allows user to adjust the weight 5 pounds (2.5 kg) at a time with a simple turn of the knob—nothing to slide, drop or lose. This smells AMAZING. Immediately after I opened up the whipped lotion, I was hit with an intense coco butter smell. The oil has the same affect, only with a gorgeous shiny finish. Both the oil and the butters consistency is perfect, the lotion doesnt feel too thick and the oil doesnt leave me slipping and sliding lol. There is shimmer in it but it doesnt look like Ive covered myself in glitter so i love that. The moisture lasts for such a long time especially when applied right after a shower. My skin absorbed it very nicely without feeling sticky or like there is any left over residue. The price for two was absolutely worth it10/10 will reorder after I run out.

🧦 Simple & Effective – ZenToes Moisturizing Socks Review ✨

These ZenToes moisturizing socks are such a smart and effective solution for dry, cracked heels! I really like that they only cover the heels instead of the whole foot—no hot, sweaty toes, which is a huge plus.
They come in a pack of two, and for the price, it’s a great value. I also found that they fit well and stayed in place overnight. They were a bit snug around my foot, but still comfortable enough to wear.
What really impressed me is how well they work. The socks are nice and thick, and after just one use overnight, my heels were noticeably smoother. Even better—the results lasted about a week without needing any extra lotion, which I personally love since I’m not a fan of applying creams.
I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them if you’re looking for an easy, low-maintenance way to keep your heels soft.

They work!!

I bought these to replace a very old pair that I originally got at Bed Bath and Beyond like 20+ yrs ago, and the fabric was starting to fray. However, the gel pad inside (at the heel) was still working just fine. Anyway, this new set includes 2 pairs, with a gel pad inside each heel area. Results are truly amazing, I kid you not. You can use them without a moisturizer, but I like to put moisturizer on my heels, then wear these overnight, and in the morning my heels are soft, with no dry skin and NO cracks. I like the fact that these are kind of soft and fuzzy (outside), but I LOVE that they leave your toes exposed and cool (because my heels feel kind of warm from the moisturizer and gel pad). They are of good thickness, and I feel they will last a long time (of course remains to be seen). Highly recommend.

Perfect for cracked heals ♥️

These are thick not cheaply made, has a nice texture inside the heal area which I love. I wear them at night after I apply Aquaphor to my heels & while sleeping they are very comfortable. I slipped these guys on & my heels are healing so much faster no more cracked heels for me. 😃 I highly recommend them.
