Productive, Heat-Tolerant, and Easy to Grow

Versatile in the Kitchen
Southern Giant offers a spicy, horseradish-like kick that mellows slightly when cooked.
- Fresh Greens: Harvest young leaves for salads or sandwiches.
- Cooking Greens: Mature leaves add hearty flavor to soups, stews, and Southern classics.
