The Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue', commonly known as Cebu Blue Pothos, is a striking tropical vine prized for its silvery-blue, elongated leaves that shimmer in the light. This rare and sought-after pothos variety brings an ethereal, almost metallic glow to any space. Whether trailing elegantly from a hanging planter or climbing a moss pole, its unique foliage and easy-care nature make it a must-have for any plant lover.

Why it is Considered Rare:

The Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue' is rare due to its silvery-blue foliage, slow fenestration process, limited nursery availability, and high collector demand, making it a sought-after exotic pothos variety.

Why You’ll Love It: 💚

  • Metallic Blue-Silver Leaves: A unique twist on the classic pothos with an elegant shimmer.
  • Fast & Easy Grower: Low-maintenance and thrives in a variety of conditions.
  • Versatile Growth: Can trail from a hanging basket or climb with a moss pole for dramatic, fenestrated foliage.

Plant Care FAQs:

  • Plant Type: Low Key
  • Plant Vibe: Tropical Climber
  • Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates low light; avoid prolonged direct sun.
  • Watering: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry before watering; avoid overwatering.
  • Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (50–70%) but adapts well to average indoor conditions.
  • Soil: Well-draining potting mix with peat, perlite, and orchid bark.
  • Fertilizer: Feed monthly with a balanced, diluted fertilizer during the growing season.
  • Special Care: Provide a moss pole or trellis for climbing to encourage larger, fenestrated leaves.
  • Toxicity: Toxic if ingested; keep out of reach of pets and children.

Pro Care Tip: Encourage Cebu Blue to develop larger, mature leaves by giving it a moss pole or trellis to climb. Increased humidity and bright, indirect light will enhance its signature blue-silver sheen

Plant Styling Tips: The Cebu Blue Pothos shines in hanging planters where its shimmering vines can cascade gracefully. For a more structured look, let it climb a wooden or moss pole to encourage fenestrations and enhance its tropical appeal. Pair it with darker green foliage plants like Monstera or Philodendron for a bold, contrasting display.

Tea Pairing Recommendation: Pair the Cebu Blue Pothos with a jasmine green tea for a light, refreshing aroma that complements its soft, tropical beauty. This combo creates a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere.

The Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue' is more than just a pothos—it’s a rare, fast-growing beauty with shimmering silver-blue leaves that bring effortless elegance to any space. Whether trailing, climbing, or cascading, it's a dream plant for collectors and beginners alike!

Poor quality control - maybe outlet store leftovers
Size: 11.5, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
The two shoes were not the same size. They were both labeled 11 1/2 but one shoe was larger than the other and the fit was poor. I returned the first pair and ordered a replacement. This time the shoes were close to the same size but too loose and the left one has sewing issues. I've bought Johnston & Murphy for years because of the quality. These were to replace an existing pair of burgundy penny loafers that have finally worn out (even after several heal/sole replacements). That is the expected quality. I suspect Nashville Shoe Warehouse may be handling shoes that didn't measure up for the quality; more like an outlet mall than getting the J&M quality I've come to expect. Update: went to Johnston & Murphy site to buy "direct" from the manufacturer. There were several recent reviews where the shoes were long and didn't fit properly. Genesco - please step up the manufacture / crafting of these classic shoes to the level of quality they used to have.

My husband enjoys wearing these shoes. Very classy looking. They fit well. They arrived quickly. He liked them so much he ordered another pair in a different color which have worked out just as well.

Way too narrow
Size: 9.5 Wide, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
I ordered a wide in this shoe, but it was still way too narrow. I had to return them. Otherwise, it looked like a nice quality shoe.

I usually wear 11.5's, but I buy 1/2 size smaller to accommodate for stretch. Leather relaxes.
Size: 11, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
5 STARS: These shoes are awesome. I keep coming back for more. I have major foot problems, have tried all kinds of shoes, orthotics, and inserts... but believe it or not, these shoes work better than any of that stuff. I wear them daily. I buy lots of them, for home, for church, and I'm getting my first pair of J&M boots today, for winters in Indiana... Brrrr

Sleek, upscale and supremely comfortable
Size: 9, Color: Cognac
I did not know that Marc Joseph makes hands free slip ins. I own four pair of Skechers, and I thought they were the only game in town. I decided that I wanted a pair of business casual pair of wingtips. I already own two pair of Skechers Mark Nason wingtips in blue and black nubuck, so I bought a pair of their cognac colored. Perfectly fine shoes, but when they arrived, I didn't like the color, so the search was on! I found these cognac-colored Mark Joseph's and hands down, they fit the bill for what I was looking for! I actually bought two more pair of Skechers in the brown family in the same oxford, elastic lace style: One pair of another style of their Mark Nason line and one pair of their Garza line. So now I am comparing three pair of Skechers to the Marc Joseph's. Obsessive, I know :). Luckily, I have a Skechers store near me for easy returns. The look I was going for is a sleek, business casual that I could dress up or down. Three things that I love about the Marc Joseph's are the beautiful cognac finish: the white yet lower profile soles and the more formal, narrower toe style. The MJ's nailed it with the color. They have a slightly darker, more lustrous and glossier look than the others. The color alone looks classier and pairs well with black pants which I wear for work almost every day. The white soles are exactly what I was looking for. The visible rise is probably about a third of the thickness of the others and are a much more subtle, classier look. They offset the cognac color nicely but are not that in your face, sneaker looking, thick white sole. When I was comparing them to the others right out of the box, I thought they would be too narrow and tight because they looked sleeker and narrower than the others. But they fit perfectly and were very comfortable right out of the box. Upon closer inspection and comparison, I realized the narrower, sleeker look is because the eyelets for the elastic shoelaces are closer together that give the illusion that the shoe is narrower. They compensate for what might create a tighter fit across the top of your foot with two stretchy "gores" they are called on either side of the upper part. The "slits" are nicely finished, and you can't see the stretchy part and add a nice design touch to the shoe. But between them and the elastic shoelaces, they must stretch just enough to make them extremely comfortable across the top. So, if you have a high instep/arch, they should accommodate it nicely. Last but not least, they are very comfortable shoes. I wear a size 8 1/2 to 9 and my foot is slightly on the wide side. I bought the size 9's and they fit perfectly. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, you may want to size up a half size. Because the Skechers have much thicker soles, they might be slightly more cushioned, but the MJ's are cushioned more than enough for my purposes and very comfortable. Plus, they actually just feel better on my feet. I can't speak to how durable they will be as I just got them, but so far, so good. So, there you have it. I rely on other people's reviews a lot when buying online, and especially for shoes. I know it's always a crap shoot, particularly when buying shoes online, so I hope this review helps. Everybody's feet are different, but I highly recommend these.
