Such is the case with the acclaimed Cybex Range Limiting Device (RLD). The innovative designs on the Seated Leg Curl make positioning the tibia pad an intuitive, virtually effortless, one button adjustment resulting in easily accessible and easily adjustable machines. Offset input arm allows for the lower leg pad to adjust with minimal effect on the starting angle of the knee. In combination with proper pivot location, this allows the use of a contoured pad for improved comfort.
The angled back pad (100 degree angle between seat and back) is wider than most leg curl machines and is designed to relieve hamstring tension. The Eagle four-bar linkage combined with gas spring assist means the seat back position can be adjusted without requiring the user to get off the machine. Position indicators enable users to perfectly duplicate their position on the machine each time they use it. No knobs to lock - just put legs behind the pad and push. Tibia Pad - Offset input arm allows for the tibia pad to adjust without affecting the starting angle of the knee. In combination with proper pivot location, this allows the use of a flat pad for reduced shin pressure. Back Pad Angle - The 100 degree angle between seat and back pad is wider than most leg extension machines and is designed to relieve hamstring tension. Four-bar linkage seat back adjustment with gas spring assist - The Eagle four-bar linkage combined with gas spring assist means the seat back position can be adjusted without requiring the user to get off the machine. Position indicators enable users to perfectly duplicate their position on the machine each time they use it. Range Limiting Device - This CYBEX patented technology adjusts the machine to the user rather than the user to the machine. Regardless of the starting position selected, the cam remains synchronized with each individual user. RLD varies the leverage to maintain the correct level of force throughout the range of motion while taking into account each user's limits and abilities. Start RLD (adjustable start only) provides start positions every 10 degrees. Total RLD (adjustable start and finish) provides start and end positions every 10 degrees which is ideal for physical therapy in that it stops users before internal stress is too high. I love this series

I interesting powers and a funny yet cynical main character who loves smack talk and confusing everyone around him , friends included , Jason from the very first book is just thrown into the deep end and told to swim or die , in this book he's back in his world and has to save it and empower his family while protecting them from everybody around them , allies and enemies alike . It's hilarious when Jason decides to mess with people or his own family , it's a serious book as well and lots of action, he's just trying to be what he needs to be for his family and his world , while also trying to leave it a better place before he moves on the the other world he was dumped in , In his eyes he's only back on Earth to fix mistakes and leave his family better off than when he left them , oh and the world too lol . Read it from the first book to the next one in the series , you won't be disappointed, I wasn't, trust me these books are worth it .

Almost too accurate

Another absolutely amazing book in the series, it was scary how exactly on point the actions of various agencies and governments was in this book. It would all play out like this too, absolute chaos for short term gains that in the grand scheme of things mean nothing - almost felt like I was reading "Don't look up" but with gold and silver rankers. As much as I didn't like a certain character and his family, he came through and his private chat brought a tear to my eye. Great job as always, the characters are phenomenal, but like Jason - I'm really ready to be done with Earth, what a dumpster fire.

One Step Too Far But Otherwise Great

Huge fan of this series and the multiverse that it has created. I often find find myself laughing out loud at the irreverent main characters quips.
I've been five stars all the way for every book so far but I had to drop a star for a very specific reason. This was the first time I was negatively pulled out of the reading experience in this series. (Though, definitely not the first time lol. That totally random, albeit delicious, recipe for lemonade pulled me out that one rime but it wasn't an unpleasant experience).
Spoilers follow:
Jason's final words to his dead brother's spirit were so inappropriate and crass that I very much hope this isn't the direction that Jason's character is growing toward. I outwardly cringed and had to put the book down for a few days because I wasn't sure this was a character I wanted to continue to read about after reading those lines.
Aside from that it was a great book.
I truly hope this was a one-off and simply poorly written vs something we can expect more of going forward. Cringe humor can be funny but there's a limit that was drastically overstepped in that line.

Loved it!

There seems to be many books out there now with the fake girlfriend/boyfriend, fake girlfriend/girlfriend, or fake fiance/spouse. I actually like this particular trope quite a lot. Some are OK, bad or good. This novel falls in the last category. I really liked this book and will definitely be re-reading it sometime in the future. Tansy and Gemma are very likeable as individuals. As a couple, they have amazing chemistry very early on. One of the best things I liked about this novel is that the author doesn't make us wait until the end of the book for the characters to acknowledge their attraction. They become a true couple early on despite almost everyone thinking it is not real. The writing is well done and I really really liked the main characters. (Have I said that enough times?) There was definitely some heat too! Everything THIS woman is looking for from a romance novel. Definitely recommend. I give it 4 ¾ stars.

💜 Oh. My. Goddess. That's right: goddess, because that's exactly what these two cunning, sassy women are. Alexandria Bellefleur has taken the generally predictable "marriage of convenience" trope and turned it into an emotional, powerful story about finding the love you don't realize you deserve. Both Tansy and Gemma are full of so much pain, their family trees full of broken branches (and in Gemma's case, poisonous barbs). For them to find love and family in one another so unexpectedly (for them, at least, because, come on, that's what we're here for), so flawlessly...it's not only swoon-worthy and sweet, but a relief. It's the insane, instant, undeniable chemistry between Tansy and Gemma that empowers their every interaction from the start, but unlike other marriage-of-convenience stories, smut doesn't drive their relationship. What starts off as a business relationship blossoms from a friendship to a true partnership. Gemma is sweet and giving as she navigates her first real relationship, while Tansy comes out of her shell to defend Gemma when no one else has. These goddesses support one another, even when the relationship is only a farce, until it all becomes real. The character development between them both is a flawless example of how empowering love--and having someone by your side--can really be.
🦇 As much as I loved every interaction between Gemma and Tansy, it's difficult to love everything that happens outside of their sweet sapphic bubble. The toxic men--namely Tucker, Gemma's cousin, who manipulated teenage Tansy and shared underage nudes of her--seem unrealistically cruel. Tansy's step-mother goes from a social ladder-climbing step-Bridzilla to suddenly sympathetic. None of the secondary characters have real layers, making them no more than pawns to the story's plot progression. Because of that, none of the conflicts or twists are surprising. The boardroom scene/resolution seemed beyond unrealistic, regardless of how sweet the gesture was. You may need to expand your suspension of disbelief and focus on the sapphic sweetness for this one.
🦇 Recommended for fans of Stars Collide, Cleat Cute, and Love at First Set. This heartwarming sapphic romance is full of feels; a stunning addition to any shelf.
