This media should be kept moist but not soaked at all times. If African Violets are permitted to dry to a wilting stage there can be root damage. Room temperature water should always be used in watering to prevent foliage damage resulting from cold water application to roots. Mouth rinse that has no alcohol and works like no other I have experienced.

Biotene Oral Rinse mouthwash was the answer for a pre-rinse mouth wash, even before bed to leave my mouth sweet and moist. Instead of having to drink something or taste something - - - so I won't eat something before bed.
It's been a miracle answer for pre-bed and dry mouth during a sleep period and wakening dryer than I want to be. I used to use Biotene "dry mouth spray", now I don't have to because the Oral mouthwash is my go to! enough said!!
