Very little is known about Fritz Kroepsch (Kröpsch); Pamela Weston notes in her book More Clarinet Virtuosi of the Past that he studied at the Vienna Conservatory from 1824 to 1826.  Book 3 (#351–390) of the 416 Progressive Studies contains 3 different exercises, each written in all 12 major keys (plus a 13th enharmonic equivalent of G♭). The first (#1–13) is 16 measures of scales which pass through a harmonic progression (I–vi–IV–I) with varying articulation and, in a few instances, chromaticism and small intervallic breaks. The second (#14–26) is 18 measures of ascending scales with descending broken arpeggios which pass through a harmonic progression (I–vi–IV–ii–I) with varying articulation, scales in thirds, larger intervallic jumps, and chromaticism. The third (#27–39) is 24 measures of modulating broken arpeggios. The last page is an extra exercise (#40) of arpeggios modulating through all keys.

Quick facts
Length: each exercise = about 1/2 page
Range: highest pitch = written A♭6
Key signature: no ♯/♭, 1♯, 2♯, 3♯, 4♯, 5♯, 6♯, 1♭, 2♭, 3♭, 4♭, 5♭, 6♭
Time signature: 4/4

Although each individual exercise is longer than those in Books 1 and 2, the technical demands here are confined to the most traditional of scale and chord patterns. Regular use of the altissimo, as high as an A♭6, means that these are best suited for an advancing intermediate clarinettist. The only time signature used is 4/4.

Runs true to size and well made!
Color: Black, Size: Medium
I am very pleased with the size and cut of this top. I hesitated on sizing (at 5'1" and 105 lb) because I like a looser fit and am sometimes given different size recommendations. Many times the tops are too large and must be altered or simply passed on to thrift stores. This shirt in a medium is perfect in its fit, flows nicely. The neckline is not too low, but more like a shirt with a couple of top buttons unbuttoned- no gap. The sleeve length is good for me as my shoulders are a bit narrow. (I checked and no way to remove the stitches that hold the sleeve into a cuff. They are deeply embedded into this soft opaque fabric that has some stretch. (Even with the best of seam rippers and sharp eyesight!)I think the rolled cuff is cute! Top drapes well and is a great length for jeans or shorts- dressy casual wear, with its perfect fabric thickness. I really like the black color. I would not wear it with leggings because of the length, but jeggings are great with it. The little contrasting buttons are a nice touch. Great value buy.

Super comfy and pretty
Color: Black, Size: X-Large
Fit is nice and comfortable!!! Soft in the inside as well! It’s not huge but also doesn’t stick to me. You can literally wear it down (casual with jeans or shorts) or dress up (like I did for Mother’s Day with a nice skirt and jacket) Seems breathable enough for our California heat

Great quality and affordably priced
Color: Coral, Size: X-Large
I live in a very hot, humid climate and despise clingy clothes. This shirt looks great, feels great, and washes beautifully (I used cold water and hung to dry). Although light weight, it is not see-through. I was so happy with the coral color, I also purchased two more in black and white a few days later.
