The Cybex VR3 Pec Fly / Rear Delt is a dual-function strength machine designed to deliver smooth, controlled chest and rear shoulder training with advanced biomechanics and premium comfort. Engineered for commercial environments, this machine combines durability, safety, and intuitive operation to support users of all fitness levels.
The dependent converging and diverging movement pattern provides exceptional stability while following a natural path of motion, ensuring consistent resistance and optimal muscle engagement throughout the entire range. This design maximizes training effectiveness while minimizing joint stress.
A gas-assisted seat adjustment system allows users to easily find the correct position without leaving the machine, while clear position indicators help maintain consistent setup. Fully enclosed weight stacks enhance safety and provide a sleek, modern appearance, and the innovative Twist Select incremental weight system allows quick 5 lb adjustments with a simple turn of a knob.
Built with a belt-driven system for smooth, low-maintenance operation, the VR3 also features contoured molded pads for comfort, Dry Grip technology for secure handling, and high-contrast instructional placards for ease of use.
