The Green HeartLeaf Philodendron is a popular choice for indoor gardening enthusiasts. Its heart-shaped leaves and trailing vines make it an attractive addition to any room. This philodendron is known for its low maintenance and ability to thrive in various conditions.
Light Needs: This plant prefers moderate to bright, indirect light. It can also tolerate low light conditions, but growth may slow down. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.
Water Needs: Keep the soil of your Green HeartLeaf Philodendron consistently moist during the growing season (spring and summer). Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Reduce watering in the winter months, allowing the top few inches of soil to dry out between waterings.
Humidity Needs: While it can adapt to normal household humidity levels, higher humidity levels (around 50-60%) can promote lush growth and prevent leaf browning. Mist the leaves occasionally or use a humidity tray to increase moisture around the plant.
