The Echeveria "Flamingo" variegated features a large open rosette, with broad, flat, and slightly wavy leaves, typical of the hybrids of Echeveria gibbiflora. The leaves are fleshy, with a gently curved margin and rounded tip, displaying a less compact and more spread-out arrangement than in other Echeverias.
The Echeveria "Flamingo" variegated exhibits an irregular variegation that combines cream and green tones, with diffuse areas blending into one another. The edges take on an intense reddish coloration, especially under light stress conditions, while the surface may show pinkish hues and darker areas variably distributed on each leaf.

Variegated echeverias develop a lower photosynthetic capacity than their completely green counterparts, which directly affects their growth rate, sensitivity to excess sunlight, and tolerance to watering.

Environmental stability, good ventilation, and avoiding sudden changes in location help maintain more compact rosettes and a more stable variegation over time.
During intense summer, they may partially slow down their growth, especially in warm climates. In these phases, controlling excess moisture is much more important than increasing the frequency of watering.
