The dark green colouring of this foliage is a very attractive and distinct colour, making it easy for the plant to stand out from the crowd. With this member of the Tradescantia genus, you can reap the benefits of the air-purifying qualities the plant has. It will ensure that any harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins are removed from the air, benefitting both you and the plant. This indoor plant requires you to water it so that the top soil is never dry to touch. Meanwhile, also during the watering process, you should never allow water to come into contact with the leaves as this will see them rot as time goes on.
