Not forced or rushed
Format: Hardcover
I really liked this book. Hannah & Garrett’s story starts off like a typical smart girl tutors the jock to help him get though a class in college. But their stories are traumatic and the things that they have both had to overcome make this book so much more than your typical tutor/jock story. Garrett is sweet, cocky, funny and helps bring Hannah out of her shell in a refreshing way. Hannah is not meek or mild or quiet, she is strong because of her past but still a little unsure. Together their chemistry is hot and their relationship just sort of naturally unfolds. I really loved that it didn’t seem forced or rushed, it just happened as it should. Garrett’s story in particular hit very close for me so maybe that is why I felt connected to these characters so much. I am really looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

The digital display is clear and easy to read, and switching between grams and ounces is fast and intuitive which makes it great whether I’m following recipes or tracking portions for meal planning.
The weighing platform is spacious enough to fit bowls, plates, or containers and the scale is impressively accurate even with small amounts like spices or coffee grounds. I’ve used it for baking precise measurements, prepping meal portions for a keto plan, and tracking food for weight‑loss goals, and it performs consistently every time.
It also has useful features like a tare function which lets you subtract the weight of your container so you only measure what matters. The scale feels sturdy and well‑made yet still lightweight and easy to store when not in use.

I didn’t realize how much I needed a kitchen scale until I got this. It’s really accurate and makes cooking (especially baking) so much easier and more consistent.
The tare function is a game changer—you can zero out the bowl and keep adding ingredients without extra measuring cups. It’s also easy to switch between grams and ounces, which is great for following different recipes. Most digital scales measure very precisely, often down to about 1 gram, which makes a big difference for accuracy.
It’s compact, easy to clean, and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Overall, such a simple tool but makes a big difference—definitely worth having in any kitchen.
