Golden Pothos is a widely grown tropical aroid known for its heart-shaped, green leaves streaked with golden-yellow variegation. It features a vigorous, trailing growth habit and is highly tolerant of a range of indoor conditions, making it one of the most popular houseplants worldwide. Native to the understories of French Polynesia, this species thrives with minimal maintenance and is especially valued for its air-purifying qualities and resilience to environmental stress. Its rapid growth and adaptability make it ideal for hanging planters, shelves, or climbing structures with support.

Fun Fact: In the wild, Epipremnum aureum can grow over 30 feet tall and produce massive fenestrated leaves—but indoor plants remain in a juvenile state, which is why you’ll rarely see them flower or mature indoors.
Light: Performs best in bright, indirect light but is highly adaptable. Can tolerate low light, though variegation may fade in very dim conditions.
Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. Avoid consistently soggy soil. Tolerant of occasional missed waterings.
Soil: Prefers a well-draining, peat-based potting mix with added perlite or bark for aeration.
Propagate: Very easy to propagate via stem cuttings. Roots form readily in water or moist soil when a node is present.
Bloom: Does not flower indoors. In the wild, flowering is extremely rare and usually only occurs in mature, outdoor specimens with specialized environmental cues.

Dragons
Format: Paperback
I can only say WOWS again—Casey Grimes wasn’t in this but others from the previous book where. Can’t wait to read the next book—will there be dragons in it—the previous books keep mentioning dragons and this book was excellent—I am going to hate when I run out of this series

Kansas City Dragon Business
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
This novel reveals a little-known part of Kansas City’s past—in the 1930s it was running a brisk dragon hatching, renting and sales business! Fast forward 80 or 90 years after the operation was shut down by the city—and be amazed! A suburban family with four boys moves into a 100-year old house in Crossroads of KC and into the adventure of their lives. Add a talking lizard and a trash-talking wizard out of the past, and you have a tale funny, terrifying, and thought-provoking all at once. I hope to see this in every bookstore window in Kansas City!
