Tillandsia xerographica – Queen of the Air Plants

Tillandsia xerographica is a showstopping air plant with thick, silvery-green leaves that curl gracefully into a rosette, creating a sculptural, almost ethereal form. Known as the “Queen of the Air Plants,” it’s prized for its size, longevity, and effortless elegance—perfect for centerpieces, decorative bowls, mounted displays, or hanging arrangements.

Unlike many smaller air plants, xerographica grows slowly and steadily into a bold, architectural shape that thrives in bright, filtered light with good air circulation. It’s surprisingly easy to care for with regular soaking and thorough drying, and it can produce a stunning, long-lasting bloom spike in maturity.

PLANT CARE

+ Light: Bright light, some direct sun with good airflow

+ Water: Soak for overnight (8-10hrs) every 1–2 weeks, then shake off excess water and allow to dry fully upside down before placing back in display.

+ Growth: Slow-growing rosette with thick, curling silvery leaves

+ Bonus: Dramatic and long-lived—perfect as a statement plant indoors

🎁 Hand-delivered with care from our Portland indoor houseplant nursery.

Great Practice Questions!
Format: Paperback
I mostly used this book for the practice questions, which aligned with all the topics we discussed in class. This book was organized in a way that made sense and followed my professor’s syllabus. Definitely worth the investment if you want to practice essay questions for torts!

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.
