Funny Bunny Prickly Pear 🌵
Whimsical, Quirky & One-of-a-Kind
Add playful personality to your garden or container collection with the Funny Bunny Prickly Pear—a mutated form of the classic Bunny Ear Cactus (Opuntia microdasys). Unlike uniform prickly pears, this variety produces a delightful mix of wavy, crinkled, and traditional pads, giving every plant its own unpredictable, whimsical character.
No two Funny Bunny cacti look exactly alike—making each one a true conversation piece.
🌵 Key Features & Growing Habits
Unique, Mutated Growth 🎨
The Funny Bunny Prickly Pear showcases fascinating, unpredictable pad development—ranging from twisted and rippled to classic bunny-ear shapes—creating a living piece of desert art.
Hardy & Resilient 🌿
Built to thrive in harsh conditions, this cactus is tough, forgiving, and perfect for gardeners looking for something unique without extra work.
Compact & Space-Friendly 🌱
Its manageable size makes it ideal for container gardening, patios, courtyards, and small landscapes.
Exceptional Cold Tolerance ❄️
This prickly pear can withstand temperatures into the single digits, making it an excellent option for USDA zones 7a–11 and regions with colder winters.
