The delicate purple flowers contrast beautifully with the silvery foliage and look gorgeous growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens. Sprinkle the edible flowers on cakes or salads for tasty, pretty culinary creations. An easy-to-grow, heat-tolerant herb, lavender should be grown in full sun and well-drained soil (on the dry side). Irritated skin and too expensive

It’s a good sunscreen. I like the smell and the consistency. However, I live in Denver, CO and it didn’t seem to protect my skin as much as I would like. It also eventually started drying out my skin and gave me a small rash that cleared up as soon as I stopped using it. This could be my personal experience, but it was too expensive and too small of a tube for me to justify continuing use.
