Its foliage is smooth, slightly glossy, and medium green, growing on tall, upright stems. The Anthurium luxurians is renowned for its dramatically quilted, heavily textured foliage. These leaves are distinctly heart-shaped, glossy, and deep green with prominent veins, giving a highly puckered appearance. They are thick, leathery, and often emerge darker in colour, gradually maturing to vibrant green.
