About 4" Sansevieria 'Golden Hahnii' in Self-watering Pot
Meet the ultimate low-maintenance houseplant: the Sansevieria 'Golden Hahnii' thriving in a innovative self-watering pot. This stunning Snake Plant, also known as the Golden Bird's Nest, combines striking aesthetics with revolutionary convenience. Its compact rosette form features thick, architectural leaves with a deep burgundy center dramatically edged in golden-yellow and near-black margins. Now, equipped with a self-watering system, this resilient plant delivers its renowned air-purifying benefits with even less effort. The built-in water reservoir allows the plant to drink exactly what it needs, when it needs it, eliminating the guesswork and providing consistent moisture for up to several weeks. Perfect for busy plant lovers, frequent travelers, or anyone seeking a beautiful, foolproof green companion for their home or office.
How to Care for Your Snake Plant in a Self-Watering Pot
Light: Adaptable to a wide range of conditions, from low light to bright, indirect light. For the most vibrant leaf coloration, place it in medium to bright indirect light. Avoid prolonged, harsh direct sun.
Water: Utilizing the self-watering system is simple. Fill the integrated water reservoir when it becomes completely dry. Allow the soil to dry out somewhat between refills. During winter or in lower light conditions, you may only need to refill the reservoir every 3-4 weeks. The system prevents overwatering, the only real threat to this hardy plant.
Temperature: Prefers average household temperatures between 65°-80°F (18°-27°C). Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
Fertilizer: Feed sparingly. Apply a diluted, balanced liquid fertilizer to the soil (not the reservoir) once in spring and once in summer. No feeding is necessary in fall and winter.
