Anthurium luxurians 'Big' Culture:
Anthurium luxurians is a distinctive species showcasing remarkable foliar characteristics that make it highly sought after by collectors for its large, heart-shaped leaves with deeply quilted texture and striking burgundy-red undersides contrasting with dark green upper surfaces.
- Light: Bright, indirect light to maintain the vibrant coloration and support healthy development of the characteristic quilted leaves with contrasting surfaces.
- Temperature: Warm, stable temperatures 18-26°C (65-80°F) for optimal development of the distinctive textured foliage and color contrast.
- Humidity: High humidity levels of 60-80% are essential for maintaining leaf health and supporting the plant's vigorous growth pattern.
- Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but well-draining to support the plant's impressive foliage display.
Additional Notes:
Anthurium luxurians features large, heart-shaped leaves with deeply quilted texture, dark green upper surfaces, and striking burgundy-red undersides. Its dramatic color contrast and bold textured appearance make it a prized choice for collectors.
