The Laurentii Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata laurentii) is a very low-maintenance plant that is so hardy that people often joke about them being almost impossible to kill.

The indestructible houseplant sports stiff, vertical, glossy, striped foliage in different shades of green. The foliage of this snake plant stands out from its Sansevieria cultivar through bold yellow stripes that line the edge of each leaf.

Ideal care for the Laurentii plant includes a bright indirect light and infrequent watering. However, this low maintenance plant grows in less-than-ideal conditions without a sweat. The hardy Sansevieria will accept a wide range of light conditions including full sun or no sun conditions. As an added bonus, these succulent-like plants don't mind extended periods of drought.

We recommend planting your snake in a pot with drainage holes and allowing the soil to dry in between waterings for optimal growth. Additionally, be sure to pot your houseplant in a well draining potting mix! In the growing seasons of spring and summer, it is encouraged that you apply a well balanced fertilizer to your plant.

Also nicknamed the mother in law's tongue, Snake Plant Laurentiis are praised for their air purifying abilities. Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!
