Description

philodendron florida PhilodendronNative to Venezuela and Brazil, this tropical beaut is a rarer Philodendron hybrid assumed to be a cross with the Philodendron Squamiferum and Philodendron Pedatum. Though defined by its highly pedate leaves whose fenestration becomes more defined as the plant matures, The Florida Green is also characterized by the deep red shade of its petioles. A climber by nature, we suggest providing this vigorously growing, rare aroid with a moss pole or trellis

A climber by nature, we suggest providing this vigorously growing, rare aroid with a moss pole or trellis to support it as it grows!

Light: Bright, indirect sunlight is ideal for your Philodendron. They enjoy a good deal of ambient sun, but do not favor direct light. Direct, bright sun will cause sunburn, fading, and wilting of its leaves and stems.

Water: These plants prefer for their soil to stay slightly moist, but never soggy. Plant in a well-draining potting mix and allow the soil to dry roughly 1”-2” down in the pot between waterings to avoid oversaturation.

Humidity: High humidity and a warm environment is best for this Philodendron variety. We suggest adding a humidifier or a pebble tray to your plant care routine if the air in your space is dry.

Poisonous to pets if ingested.

Photographs are representative of the species and not always the specific plant shipped. Normal variations in size, pruning and leaf structure may occur.

Great option
Got this pack of toys for my new Great Dane puppy. He is in a very intense chewing phase and so far these are holding up. He loves that they squeak, and make a crinkly noise in the legs. I love that there is no stuffing to clean up if he manages to get it open. They way the arms move and flail really makes him love these toys. Will buy again when he needs new ones.

Great buy! My dogs love e them
My dogs love these things but don't last long with my crew. They aren't meant for aggressive chewers. Which mine are but I still buy them because my dogs love playing with them. I have one dog who is a pro at removing squeaky within 5 secs , no lie she's mastered it. Def do not leave your dog unattended. I immediately take the removed squeaky and toss it. My other dog gets the crinkle plastic out whi h I also throw away. They still play with them. I toss them when they are torn to shreds and replace them. My dogs are picky on which toys they like to play with. Which is why I keep buying them.

Not for aggressive chewers
My dogs enjoy them, but the terrier had holes in the head in minutes. Stuffing and squeaker didn’t last, but they enjoy the legs and crinkles.

Nothing is Chew Proof, but these do pretty well
My three 2-year-old Dutch Shepherds have killed every toy except their Kong balls. These octopus toys are hanging in there. My dogs are particularly driven by wiggling the appendages - They LOVE it. My Sheba who normally kills toys immediately has not yet destroyed her octopus. She's been holding it like a teddy bear, that is after she's worn out from throwing it around. I've thrown them in the washing machine and they come out great.
