The Ice Plant has succulent leaves that sparkle with icy bumps, perfect for garnishing fish and balancing sweetness. Its prostrate growth and ornamental beauty make it great for pots and may even naturalize in coastal areas. This perennial herb is edible, with leaves and stems that can be eaten fresh or used as a spinach alternative and crushed foliage that serves as soap. It prefers well-drained soil and can tolerate poor nutrition. The Ice Plant has a history of diuretic use as a medicinal herb, needing to be planted in full sun and protected from frost. Once established, it's drought-tolerant and goes by the name of "Common Ice Plant" or "Salty Ice Plant". 

Sow in spring & summer at 1mm deep & 25cm apart. Germination in 1-2 weeks at 18-24°C. Maturity in 6 months.

If I shower at 6am, come home at 5pm-6pm after work I still smell fresh! (I always shower 2x a day but you don’t even need to with this! Value for Money/Size: Oh absolutely! I think I bought this soap two weeks ago? Used it nearly every day, and you can’t even tell! One pump is enough, two pumps MAX per shower per day. I decided to lavish myself by buying this soap, because it’s a bit more pricey. But it’s actually saving me more money, at this rate I’ll be buying another one of these every 3 months! So that’s…4 times a year? 5 max? That’s incredible. I’ll probably stick with Cremo for life honestly. And I’m a woman!💕🎀
