This heat tolerant, ornamental and deciduous tree makes a great accent tree with its showy and fragrant pink flowers and delicate tropical foliage. The pink flowers on silk trees serve as an attractant to humming birds and butterflies. Silk trees prefer partial shade to full sun with well draining or moist soil. When mature, Silk trees can reach 30 foot tall and wide. Silk trees are hardy to -10 F. Hardy to USDA zones 6-9.
Silk trees can grow quickly and may be considered invasive in the warmer and more humid Southeastern United States. Silk trees are considered invasive in Florida and Tennessee, as such we will not ship silk trees to those states.

Free Shipping to most locations. We cannot ship these trees to PO boxes, AK, HI, APO, US Territories, or areas considered remote without a freight surcharge.
If your temperature is warmer than 89 degrees or colder than 20 degrees, we will hold order until temperature improves. Please put your desired ship date in Special Instructions to Seller at checkout.
All plants are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Plants are rarely damaged in shipping, but if they are, please let us know right away so we can help.
