Philodendron Pink Princess is a truly unique climbing aroid characterized by its deep green, heart-shaped leaves with bubblegum pink variegation. This exceptional variety represents one of the most distinctive and sought-after plants in the Philodendron world.
- Light: Provide bright, indirect light to maintain vibrant pink variegation. Adequate light is the most important factor influencing the amount of variegation. East-facing windows work well.
- Temperature: Maintain temperatures between 18-24°C (65-75°F) with consistent warmth. Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
- Humidity: Requires moderate to high humidity levels of 50-70%. Use humidity trays, room humidifiers, or group with other tropical plants to maintain adequate moisture.
- Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but never waterlogged. Ensure proper drainage as they are susceptible to root rot. Water when the top inch of soil begins to dry.
Additional Notes:
The climbing vine habit makes it perfect for moss poles or trellises, showcasing the stunning pink and green color combination that makes this variety so highly prized.
