DIY Succulent Hexagon Tin Planter Kit
Succulent Hexagons are the perfect craft to create! This special DIY kit comes with all the supplies needed to create your own planted hexagon.
Each Kit Includes:
-8.75x4.75” Tin Hexagon Planter
-4 (4in) Succulents
-Cactus Soil
-Crafting + Care Instructions
-Each hexagon measures 8.75x4.75in. The planter can either stand up or be hung. The planter section the plants go in is made out of plastic, the fixture is metal.
-Succulents will be shipped bare-roots (no soil/pots). Simply plant them in the planter with the bag of provided cactus soil! Each order will come with a variety of succulents.
-To care for the succulent hexagons, mist gently with water 1-2x per week. Succulents thrive in bright light locations. Care cards come with each order.
