The Chain of Hearts are truly one of a kind! From each leaf sprouts hearts shaped leaves that grow along the length of the vines up to a metre or more in a season. But wait, there's more! Show stopping 3 cm vase shaped flowers appear in summer adding to the character and beauty of the plant.
