OutRight is a DUPONT™-approved liquid spray tank cleaner, formulated to bond pesticide residues to the rinse water solution for complete purging. Because rinsate may be sprayed on growing crops it is important to use a spray tank cleaner that is approved for use on growing crops. OutRight is approved for this use.

Penetrates, solubilizes and binds chemical residues to rinse water for thorough clean out.

Directions for use

After cleaning procedures have been completed, fill tank with clean water and conduct a rinsate test on the water in the tank. Rinsate tests can be done through laboratory analysis or bioassay. For bioassay testing, apply rinsate to sensitive vegetation and observe treated plant for at least 48 hours. If damage occurs, repeat cleaning process and testing procedures. If no damage is observed, dispose of rinsate in an appropriate manner and resume spraying operations. Do not use the sprayer during the 48-hour observation period. All internal and external rinsate must be contained and disposed of according to state, local and federal regulations.

Use Rate

Use 1 - 4 quarts per 100 gallons of clean water.

Mixing Instructions

• Clean all tanks on a state-approved loading pad so rinsate can be collected and mixed into spray solution or into a dedicated rinsate tank. In-field cleanout, go to step 3.
• Thoroughly clean exterior of tank to remove dirt and chemical residue.
• Drain the spray tank as completely as possible. Loosen any visible deposits
• Add 50–100 gallons of clean water to the tank and add appropriate amount of OutRight
• Remove nozzles, screen and strainers and thoroughly clean separately in a bucket, using OutRight as the cleaning agent. Rinse with clean water.
• Ensure agitation and carefully clean the interior of the tank using a 360° rotation nozzle or pressure sprayer. Agitate and circulate for 15 minutes.
• Flush the cleaning solution through the boom, hoses and nozzles until tank is empty.
• Drain lines and pump. Dispose of rinsate according to product label and local, state and federal regulations.
• Add 50–100 gallons of clean water to the tank. Recirculate though entire system. Flush solution through the boom, hoses and nozzles until tank is empty
• Drain the tank, lines and pump completely. Remove excess rinsate with a pump or dedicated wet/dry vacuum.
• Test rinse solution for pesticide residue. If residue free, dispose of according to local, state and federal regulations. If not, repeat step 8 above.
