It is named after one of the founding members of the International Bromeliad Society, Ms Victoria Padilla. It is a staple of the hobby due to its classic qualities of form and color. A small to medium hybrid averaging 3" 4" at maturity. It is especially attractive at bloom time when it blushes a solid red.
