Adjustable Load Leg
Linear Side Impact Protection (LSP)
The Load Leg, a virtual standard in Europe, is now available on the Base 2. The Load Leg provides additional support between the child restraint and the vehicle, allowing the Aton 2 to more effectively absorb and distribute crash energy.
The Leg dramatically reduces forward pitching of the seat, keeping the child in the prescribed position during the entire crash event. This reduces the risk of spinal cord injury due to stretching, which can be caused if the infant seat pitches too far forward.
The LSP side protectors on the Aton 2 transfer the initial impact of a side impact to the seat's shell.
The optimized structure of the shell absorbs the forces and channels them away from your baby resulting in a 40% increase in safety.
World Class Safety
- Excellent Side Impact Protection: The LSP devices in combination with the flexible, energy absorbing shell, thick EPS foam, and extra thick padded covers, absorb and distribute crash forces away from your child especially during side-impact collisions.
- Dual Weight Ranges: The Aton 2 offers dual weight ranges to help make sure your seat is reclined at the proper angle according to the weight of your child. One range accommodates children from 4–22 pounds and the other, 22–35 pounds.
- European Install: When installing the Aton without the Base, a front mounted belt guide allows the preferred ""European"" method where the shoulder belt wraps around the front of the carrier adding additional stability.
- A Steel Chassis: A solid steel spine running through the Aton 2 Base creates metal to metal contact through the Load Leg, infant carrier, and the vehicle for added strength and properly managed crash forces.
- Dual Action Release: A green safety button indicates a secure connection has been made between the carrier and the Base. This button is part of a two-step process needed to remove the Carrier from the Base, preventing accidental release.
- Certified: All CYBEX seats meet and exceed FMVSS 213 Standards and are approved by the FAA for air travel.
- Latest Safety Technologies: The seats are outfitted with the latest safety equipment including an extra wide five-point harness, padded shoulder and buckle belts, premium LATCH connectors, and anti-rebound protection.
EASY INSTALLATION
Whether you use LATCH or vehicle belts, the Aton 2 Base is truly easy to use.
- Innovative Belt Tensioner: The Aton 2 Base uses a unique Belt Tensioning Plate for a quick, simple and secure installation when using either LATCH or vehicle belts. Simply remove the slack from the belts and close the plate for a super easy and tight install.
- Recline Foot: A four-position, spring activated leveling foot makes reclining the Aton 2 easy. The dual ranges level indicator makes sure your child is reclined at the proper angle.
- Adjustable Load Leg Foot: The foot of the Load Leg adjusts from 10¾ to 18¾ inches to allow firm contact between the foot of the Load Leg and the vehicle floor.
- Premium Latch Connectors: We use only premium LATCH Connectors on our Base, making for a quick and easy installation. LATCH Connectors can be stored in the Base for out of the way storage when not in use.
- Free Latch Guides: LATCH Guides easily hook onto your vehicle's lower LATCH anchors to help make car seat installation easier while at the same time protecting your vehicle seats. Keep a pair in each car for easy transfer of car seats between vehicles.

great quality pickle ball set of two
I really love the look of this pickleball set. The blue color and overall design look very stylish and premium. The quality feels great, and the portable carry bag makes the whole set even more convenient. I especially like that it comes with a bag because it makes it easy to store everything and carry it to the court. It also makes this set a great gift option for any pickleball lover.
This set includes two blue pickleball paddles along with balls and a convenient carry bag to keep everything organized. Since it comes with two paddles, it is perfect for playing a quick game with a friend or practicing together. It works well for both indoor and outdoor courts.
The paddles feel very well made. They are constructed with fiberglass, which makes them lightweight yet durable. Each paddle is around 8 oz, so they are easy to handle and comfortable even during longer games. The 13 mm polypropylene honeycomb core provides a nice balance of power and control while also helping reduce noise and vibrations when hitting the ball.
Another feature I really appreciate is the TPU edge protection. It helps protect the paddles from accidental drops and everyday wear and tear, which is especially useful if kids are also using them. The grip is another highlight. It has a cushioned and textured design that feels very comfortable in the hand. I have much more expensive paddles but my wife has her best games while using these.
This paddle set comes with 2 paddles, 2 indoor balls, 2 outdoor balls, 2 extra grip tapes, and a bag large enough to fit all of these and small items like keys, wallet, etc. There’s a front zipper pocket, that I can put most of my accessories in. Then the larger main cavity that holds the paddles and everything else is also zipper operated.
Now let’s talk paddles. These are 13mm width paddles. They’re very lightweight, making the flickability a lot easier vs other heavier paddles. The paddles weigh only 7.1oz. The surface is fiberglass and is frosted. Allowing for some grip to assist with adding a topspin or slice to the ball. Since this is 13mm you can feel a bit of dwell time, although it’s not as much as the 16mm paddles. The feed back and response of the paddles are excellent. They produce a loud pop as the paddles makes contact with the ball. The grip tape on the paddles as they arrived as well as the extra grip tape is absolutely premium. They are sweat wicking, ribbed and is very grippy. This is great for some heated matches. Your paddles will not slip easily.
This is a great entry set to pickleball for the family without reducing quality and at a great price. I’ve played against my cousins and they have about a year of pickleball under their belt over me and I can beat them with their $200 paddles with these. That says very little but consider this set as an excellent quality stepping stone.

On par with everything else at this price point.

These are nothing fancy, about on par with the $20 Walmart paddles I've used. A bit heavy and not a whole lot of pop to them. Pretty smooth texture, but you can still get decent spin on the ball.
This comes with extra grips and 2 indoor and 2 outdoor balls and a nice carrying case. The balls are nothing special either, but if you're looking for paddles at this price point you won't be finding fault with these balls either.
A good buy for beginners or anyone not wanting to get too seriously into pickleball.
Honestly most everything at this price point probably comes from the same factory with different paint on top anyways.
