Plants may appear slightly wrinkled and dry when they arrive. This is normal as they have been bare rooted and left to dry out for a number of days before packing and shipping to avoid rotting in the mail.

Sizes can vary after the plants have been dried and packed. 

Orders are only sent on Mondays to ensure that plants spend as little time in transit as possible. The boxes are normally delivered within 2-4 business days.

Orders paid for before 12 noon Friday will be sent the following Monday.

Orders paid for after 12 noon Friday will be sent on the Monday after.

If you are a local customer around Mudgee, NSW, then select no postage and we can deliver the plants into town and meet you there.

Wanted the thickest, toughest, best moisturizer I could get for extremely dry, flaky, and all-around lousy skin. This is it. It's thick. Doesn't absorb immediately; you may have to work a little. Can leave a little odd (even slightly sticky) texture on your hands, but only for a very brief period. No visible signs except making your skin look better. The results are excellent. Vastly prefer it over HylatopicPlus, which is a prescription lotion. My mother tried it and bought her own! Also doesn't have lanolin like the original. FYI, apparently the USA version does *not* have Shea (which is a nut) but some international versions do. I'm in the USA and both mine were Shea-free. The listing here shows both ingredient lists in the pictures. If this is a factor for you, make sure to check. All told, will be using this as my main moisturizer.
