- Light: This plant thrives in bright, indirect light, mimicking the dappled sunlight of the forest understory. Direct sun should be avoided as it can scorch the leaves.
- Temperature: Maintain warm conditions for optimal growth, ideally between 68-86°F (20-30°C). It is very sensitive to cold, so protect it from drafts and avoid temperatures below 55°F (13°C).
- Humidity: High humidity is preferred for this species (70-100%). You can maintain a high-humidity environment by grouping plants, using a pebble tray, or placing it near a humidifier, which encourages larger and healthier leaves.
- Watering: Keep the potting mix consistently moist but never soggy. Ensure the potting mix is well-drained, and allow excess water to drain completely. Overwatering or letting the plant sit in water can lead to root injury and yellowing leaves.
Additional Notes
As a tropical philodendron, it produces an inflorescence (spathe and spadix) typical of the Aroid family. While the plant's distinct foliage is its main attraction, the flower structure can appear on mature specimens.

This initial necklace is adorable. The gold tone is pretty and shiny without looking cheap, and the pink heart adds the perfect little pop of color. Beautiful necklace!
I got this beautiful necklace with my daughter’s initial and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived.
It is a 18K gold plated chain and pendant, it looks high quality, and it is very light. My toddler loves the little pink heart, it’s quite the dainty detail!

Amazingly strong and versatile

I saw these advertised on Instagram and immediately purchased a 4 pack. I really wanted them to work but after trying them on 4-5 different steel surfaces I couldn't'[t get any of them to stick well or hold anything heavier than a wet towel. Maybe a bad batch? A shame.
The company took the time to reach out to me after seeing my first review where the hooks wound stick to metal poles in my studio. I definitely was not expecting them to reach out to address my issues with the hooks I purchased and returned. After trying the new replacement hooks out I now could not be more impressed! They are strong, well made and easy to use. The hooks and the magnetic baskets are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. I did a test with the hooks, which held a 75 lb weight with no issues on the side of a craftsman tool box! It seems that any early product issues are fixed. The customer service is fantastic and they really took the time to address the issues and keep their customers coming back happy. Well done! Gator Magnetics is definitely a class act in my book!
