Shipping: All effort and care will make to pack plant, but I cannot guarantee the blooms or buds due to conditions beyond my control during shipping. I also cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damage by the postal service. It is your option to insure the package. Please include insurance fee if you want your package to be insured.

Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, burro tails and moonstones may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged before writing your reviews. We'll try our best to accommodate you.
