This book delivers exactly what the title promises—powerful asset protection strategies that actually work. The author expertly explains trusts, estate planning, and legal structures in a way that’s easy to understand but also incredibly effective.
As a business owner, I found the sections on passing a company to the next generation particularly valuable. The insights on lawsuit protection and tax-saving strategies alone make this book worth the investment. Whether you own real estate, run a business, or simply want to safeguard your wealth, this is the go-to resource you need. Highly recommended!

This book is for everyone
Format: Kindle
Wealth of information wonderful advice to implement into your trusts and protect your assets. Chapter 2 was most helpful. This chapter covers many different trusts some I have never heard of . The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich.
This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.
