The initial letter is subtle but clear, and it doesn't feel overly heavy around your neck. Why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5: The only real downside is that the chain is very thin and delicate. You definitely have to be careful not to yank it, and I wouldn't recommend sleeping in it or wearing it in the shower if you want the gold plating to last. It’s also smaller than it looks in some of the product pictures, so just make sure your expecting something truly miniature and "dainty."
