Perilla 'Hojiso', also known as 'Britton' or 'Briton' in some regions, stands out with its distinctive bi-colored leaves, presenting a vibrant display of green on top with deep purple-red undertones. This cultivar is a less typical form of Perilla, valued both for its ornamental beauty and culinary utility, particularly in Japanese and broader Asian cuisines.
