Anubias Nana — Live Potted Aquarium Plant
Add lush, low-maintenance greenery to your tank with Anubias Nana, one of the most beloved freshwater aquarium plants for beginners and experienced aquascapers alike. This compact, slow-growing plant features deep green, rounded leaves on a sturdy creeping rhizome — perfect for foreground and midground placement.
Why aquarists love Anubias Nana
- Beginner-friendly: thrives in low light with no CO₂ required.
- Compact size: typically grows 3–5 inches tall — ideal for nano tanks, bettas bowls, and shrimp setups.
- Tough & algae-resistant: waxy leaves resist algae better than most aquatic plants.
- Fish & shrimp safe: non-toxic, great with bettas, tetras, guppies, and shrimp colonies.
- Long-lived: a properly cared-for Anubias Nana can last for many years.
Care Guide
- Lighting: Low to moderate
- Temperature: 72–82°F (22–28°C)
- pH: 6.0–7.5
- Placement: Attach the rhizome to driftwood, rock, or hardscape using thread or aquarium-safe glue. Do not bury the rhizome in substrate — it will rot.

Each plant ships potted in rockwool for safe transit. Live arrival guaranteed.
