‘Heavenly Angel Ice’ daylily adds a massive dose of loveliness to the back of your mid- to late-season garden. Huge white blooms are around 8″ and grow on scapes close to 3′ tall in our East Tennessee garden.

Classified as a Daylily of Unusual Form (UFO), Heavenly Angel Ice is a crispate variety, meaning its petals twist and turn. Stunning! Winner of the Stout Medal, daylily’s highest award.

As a mid to late season bloomer, we begin to see the hypnotic blooms of Heavenly Angel Ice closer to the end of June. If you live to our north, you'll see them a bit after we do. If you live to our south, you'll notice them a couple of weeks before us. 

Heavenly Angel Ice is a dormant daylily. That means it is best grown in areas that receive a sustained winter cold period like those in zones 8 and lower.

Given myself a couple weeks of consistent use before giving a review. There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
