De Anthurium Andreanum, ook wel flamingoplant genoemd, staat bekend om haar glanzende, hartvormige bloemen in een diepe rode kleur. Deze kamerplant is niet alleen decoratief, maar ook relatief makkelijk in onderhoud. Zorg voor een constante temperatuur en een hoge luchtvochtigheid voor een optimale bloei. Verwijder uitgebloeide bloemen om ruimte te maken voor nieuwe knoppen.

Waterbehoefte Anthurium Andreanum red - 40cm

De grond van de Anthurium mag licht vochtig blijven, maar mag nooit te nat worden. Laat de bovenste laag van de potgrond opdrogen tussen de gietbeurten. In de lente en zomer kun je iets regelmatiger water geven dan in de koelere maanden.

It's not bad, but one minor issue FOR ME

There is nothing generally not to dislike about this WDT. Priced right. Good quality materials. But there are two issues that made me choose a different one, even before using this one: The entire top and bottom are straight cylindrical pieces. Ergonomically I would have to use more, larger muscle movement from my wrist to stir the beans. Not a big deal for some, but with other similar choices at the same price, I thought I would be better off with a different model. The second issue is that then the needles are placed back in the tall "recepticle", the top piece merely sits on top and isn't secured. For some that might be good because the top can be lifted out without any opposing force. OTOH, if it tips over it might expose the needles or need two hands to get it back together. If I didn't have other choices, I'd keep this one. I knew, without even using it that it wasn't for me... but it might be for someone else. Again, the materials are quite good and you can tell by the heft of the item. I elected to go with a similar concept, but a more contoured design with a knurled top and brushes on the inside of the recepticle to hold the needles and top in place, but also easy to extract for use. My choice over the Tiverain WDT was personal and has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
