This small, compact plant, features wavy blue-green leaves that add an element of interest to any indoor setting. The leaves are adorned with a distinctive rippled texture, adding depth to its appearance. In cooler temperatures, the leaves take on reddish-brown margins, adding a touch of color to the plant's overall look.
Unlike the common jade plant, which can grow quite large and unmanageable, this variety remains neat and tidy, growing up to 90 cm tall. It's perfect for small pots or rock gardens, making it an excellent choice for those who love to decorate their indoor spaces with plants.
To keep your Crassula ovata undulata 'Ripple Jade' healthy, it's best to provide it with bright light and well-drained soil. Water only after the plant has dried out, as over-watering can lead to root rot. It's also essential to bring it indoors before the first frost.
Overall, Crassula ovata undulata 'Ripple Jade' is an easy-to-care-for plant that adds a touch of unique beauty to any indoor setting. Its intriguing leaves and compact shape make it an excellent choice for those who appreciate the natural beauty of succulents.
