Custom work is not available. Items are only available in the sizes, finishes and colors shown on our website.

Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

Currently, H Potter is not offering shipping outside the lower 48.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

Does H Potter offer replacement glass? 

H Potter does offer replacement glass for lanterns and torches. Please contact H Potter via text at 208-640-4206 if replacement glass items are showing out of stock. When ordering replacement glass for lanterns please note the lantern SKU for which you are requesting the replacement glass

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care 

H Potter planters are made with stainless steel. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish.  Water sitting in the drainage tray may also affect the finish of the tray.

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

A truly "practical" guide!

Mr. Bernsten wrote this book to share what he has learned both right, wrong and otherwise in his illustrious and decorated career. These kinds of books are not written to make money. They are written for the love of the profession and how to make the entire genre better. The book is "A Practical Guide." It is clear and concise. I am quite sorry that Mr. Steele feels the way he does. Perhaps there is a tinge of jealousy there. Mr.Bernsten had a home run with his work "Jaw Breaker" and his most recent "The Walk-In." Crossing over to write "Human Intelligence.." only shows he loved his work and the agency he worked for. What came out of his career is how to make HUMIT, CT and leadership better.

The Valvoline Restore & Protect Full Synthetic 5W-30 has been one of the best motor oils I’ve used in a higher-mileage vehicle. After a few oil changes, the engine felt noticeably smoother and quieter, especially during cold starts. Throttle response improved slightly, and idle became more consistent as well. What really stands out is the cleaning performance. This oil is designed to help remove deposits and prevent future buildup, and it seems to actually deliver. My engine runs cleaner, and oil consumption appears lower compared to some other synthetic oils I’ve tried. It also holds up very well between oil changes without breaking down or getting excessively dark too quickly. This is the most amazing oil I have ever used. As a previous mechanic and current auto enthusiast, I am very picky about what I use in my vehicle. I tried this on a car I planned on trading in for about a year before getting rid of it and it really made a difference in quieting down the lifters and valve train. Looking internally to the engine I found that this does clean and dissolve varnish internally while also retaining its viscosity. Simply put, it’s a miracle product

There’s a reason this product won the best consumer product of the year, 40,000 customers voted on this product as the most innovative product of the year for car care. Personally it has stopped my 185,000 mile, 16 year old Subaru EJ253 engine from consuming/burning oil in just 2 3,000 mile interval oil changes. I was previously burning about a quart of oil every 1,000 miles before using the Valvoline restore and protect and it has already done its job and then some. Not only have I stopped consuming oil, I’ve seen roughly a +3mpg increase compared to the times I’ve used and tracked MPG while using Shell Rotella T6 and Pennzoil Ultra Platinum; it doesn’t end there either as I regularly check my engine oil dipstick out of habit because the car used to burn oil and I had to stay on top of the oil level. Upon checking my oil level at 1,000 miles into the second oil change I was shocked to see how clean the Valvoline oil was on the sides of the dipstick, using other oils and checking them at that interval has always had my oil looking quite black and dirty just 1000 miles after a change, this was not the case with the restore and protect; it came out at 1000 miles looking very clean, translucent and not discolored. I can’t recommend this product enough, especially at the price point compared to competitors; I will always have a jug of this stuff in the garage.
