Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

Currently, H Potter is not offering shipping outside the lower 48.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care 

This H Potter planter is made with brass. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. 

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

Wish I Knew if it is Surgical Grade Steel
I have a Dr. Pen A6, and these non-OEM cartridges are a great value. You receive twenty-one cartridges in various sizes, and each cartridge is individually wrapped. These pins come in three sizes: thirty-six pin, twelve pin, and nano. I had no issue inserting the cartridge and locking it into place, and I didn't notice any wiggling or looseness. The pins were sharp and did not tear or drag on my skin. Of course, you will see small pinpricks where you have treated. One thing I would like to know is whether these are made with surgical grade steel. I would prefer that they are, but I don't see that information anywhere in the listing. That said, I didn't notice any unusual irritation. I now have a good variety of cartridges to be more consistent with my pen usage. I will update this review if I notice anything related to the steel used.

For a long time I've wondered what my love language is in particular because they all sound good to me. I love receiving stuffed animals from my husband so maybe it is gifts. Maybe she wants touch, quality time and acts of service too. This book explains what the typical differences are in what men and women want in regards to love languages. It also wisely explains how to apologize to a woman in a sincere way that will make her melt. It deals with anger and women want less of that! At the end of the book there are two tests, one for him, one for her. You can then figure out what each other's love languages are. As the books says, sometimes you are bilingual. Also there are various dialects. This book also makes you realize why sometimes the love language works and at other times it does not get the points you think you are getting. Like when a woman is really busy, some things mean more than others. While she's in the kitchen she might want help with the kids instead of touch or when she is feeling down she might want a compliment to make her feel appreciated. So I think learn all the love languages and use them wisely. I'm a fan! Any man who adds these languages to his skill set is going to be way more desired than usual. Women pay attention and this is a way of getting your point across. Oh and at the end of the chapters there is an easy "phrase book" so you get tips on specific things you can do to speak each language. I'm giving this book to my husband and I really hope he reads it! I'm also happy I read it because I've got myself more figured out. Well written and eye opening
This book is easy to read and easy to comprehend. The writing is attractive and helps the reader understand with ease the challenges and difficulties in relationships with their significant other and or other people in their lives. After reading this, I believe love is perception based and it is a matter of just changing how you see things to understand and feel loved. The part that hit close to home for me was in the end where a man who had gone to prison had wrote the author to tell how he had never felt love from his mother but after reading the book, realized she had loved him all along but not in a language he spoke and it wasn't until he was about to be locked away from her that she spoke to him in the language of touch and opened his mind. It brought tears to my eyes because I identified myself with that man having that internal struggle When Love Was there all along. Love is the motivating factor in practically all of our life decisions. With it, we feel we can conquer the world and without it we feel abandoned and scared. It is all a matter of perception. Love yourself, love your family, love your friends, and all those that are close to you and unknown to you and the world is not such a scary place after all. This book is definitely going to be on the top of my shelf.
