In 2023, we grew over 500 plants, over 100 varieties, across 5 different gardens. We are excited to see what new amazing unique variety you get! Whether started indoors or planted directly after the last frost, the germination period is 3-21 days. These seed-grown dahlias will produce tubers.

Hardiness: Perennial in USDA zones 7 to 10

Exposure: Full Sun

Bloom Period: Summer to frost

When to Start Inside: RECOMMENDED. 8 to 10 weeks before your average last frost date. Ideal soil temperature for germination is 65°–70°F. Sow in biodegradable pots; roots are sensitive to disturbance.
