Bolt XR Extra Bicolor Hybrid Early Sweet Corn is the earliest, extra sweet corn with golden-yellow and white kernels. It has been a staple sweet corn for backyard gardening. It is also known for its creamy texture and excellent holding ability. The BOLT XR breed produces large ears that average 7.0-7.5 inches in length and 1.6-1.8 inches in diameter. These large ears typically have 14-18 rows of kernels, and ears will maintain sweetness in cold storage for up 10-12 days after harvest.
