The ever-popular Money Tree bonsai plant, AKA Guiana Chestnut (scientific name Pachira Aquatica), is an exceptionally easy plant to care for due to medium light requirements and high tolerance for both wet and dry conditions. These trees let you know when they're thirsty when their foliage begins to slowly droop! Trouble free and easy to care for, Money Tree bonsai are a very popular and well adapted houseplant variety, the perfect beginner bonsai tree. Pachira Aquatica/Money Tree prefers medium bright light and to be watered after the top soil begins to dry out slightly.Plant delivered will be 12" or more in height, planted in your choice of Latte Cream or Sapphire Blue decorative 5x3" glazed ceramic bonsai pot. These Pachira Aquatica trees have been trained into the essential braided bonsai style and are now ready for your creative input! There is some variation in shape and quantity of trunks between each plant. Photos are representative of most plants. We also have slightly younger unbraided tree's if you'd like a more hands-on experience - just shoot us a message before ordering! All trees come planted with premium red lava rock top dressing and in top quality professional bonsai potting media with time-release fertilizer applied for a truly easy growing experience.

The evaporating water increases ambient humidity to your tree's foliage. The use of river pebbles speeds up the evaporation rate, making for an even more effective setup. Claim was easy, speedy, and Amazon gift card was applied almost immediately.
I had to make a claim for a Ninja blender that was emitting an odor of burning or melting wires. I called a service representative thinking I might encounter a problem and was surprised. The agent was helpful and made the entire process so easy I applaud her! The Amazon gift card was posted to my account almost immediately after UPS picked the product up. I have decided that for products with a large number of parts and electronics that can fail I will purchase Asurion protection.

Asurion "Assures" nothing!
Asurion has terrible Customer Support. All machine based. They give you no phone # for human interaction. Their online Support process is very close-ended. It is a checklist designed to frustrate purchasers whose issue lies outside only the very issue.
My issue: I bought "Cuisinart TOB-40FR Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler, Silver (Renewed)" on May 26, 2024. It stated it had a 90 day warranty. So I bought an Asurion Protection Plan also to cover it for 3 years. The toaster started flaking off metal finish inside the oven over the cooking area. I tried to file a claim with Asurion and they told me the Manufacturers warranty was still in effect and I should contact Cuisinart. This despite the oven was sold with a Amazon Renewed verbiage stating a 90 day warranty.
And they have nothing on their "Machine Checklist" to cover this eventuality. And I would assume I am not the only one who takes the "Renewed" route and backs it up with a "Protection Plan".
They will frustrate you no end. I suspect, like many insurances, they seek to deny, deny, deny, in hopes the purchaser will give up.

GIFT CARD AS REPLACEMENT, NO CHOICE OF CHECK OR REPLACEMENT. GOOD COMPANY
PROS:
* A decent company, responsive and fair.
* Allows you to buy items from anywhere you want, and buy the warranty at Amazon.
* Provides better coverage than other warranties, and covers more, including breakage!
CON:
They don't send you a check in order to buy wherever you want, send a replacement, or give you a choice. Instead, they send you an Amazon Gift Card. That's OK if you're a big Amazon shopper, but sometimes, you can get a better price elsewhere.
