QuickSilver T&O Herbicide (8 OZ)

When it comes to silvery thread moss control, nothing works on greens and tees quite like QuickSilver® herbicide. It’s so effective, researchers at North Carolina State University discovered that QuickSilver controlled 90% of moss in just two applications. And unlike other products where temperature can significantly impact efficacy, QuickSilver is effective in both cool and warm temperatures, ensuring year-round moss control as needed.

QuickSilver herbicide works by effectively inhibiting a key enzyme in moss chlorophyll production. What’s more, QuickSilver has been carefully formulated to be gentle on your turf. QuickSilver won’t harm creeping bentgrass greens and tees. In a recent evaluation by 50 golf courses in North Carolina, none reported any phytotoxicity issues, and research by the University of Tennessee showed QuickSilver to be highly tolerable.

QuickSilver is unique in that it leaves minimal residue following application. This allows for fast reestablishment of bentgrass, enabling you to quickly replant and break the moss opportunity cycle. With other products, you’d have to wait months before reseeding, leaving unsightly bald spots and providing an opportunity for moss to reestablish in the voids.

  • Effective in reducing up to 90% of silvery thread moss
  • Controls moss in just two applications when applied at a rate of 6.7 fluid ounces of product per acre (0.154 fluid ounces of product per 1,000 square feet) two weeks apart*
  • Extremely gentle on turf, including most creeping bentgrass and Bermudagrass varieties
  • Works in both cool and warm temperatures for year-round control as needed
  • Leaves minimal soil residue, allowing for quick reseeding and fast reestablishment of turf
  • Quickly and easily applied through typical spray equipment, keeping chemical, equipment
and labor costs within any budget

    not bad
    Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

    A Beta Worth Rooting For
    Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

    Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
    Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

    A familiar story, just with…..less.
    Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

    Fantastic writing and non-stop action
    Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
